They are very nice and helpful. Couldn't find the shoes my son wanted. They helped me to order them. Only problem is it's very hard to go through the doors with a wheelchair. Door needs to be automated.
Went in looking for running compression socks. The first employee gave me good directions but in the chaos and confusion of the store I must have misunderstood him and couldn't find them. Another employee heard me complaining loudly and walked over to the section that I needed and helped me get the correct size. I wish they had more selection but I took the best of what was available. Good customer service. They even made sure I didn't stand in line to pay, they just took care of me on the spot.
Terrible customer service, very rude! You would think that having so many employees there that it would've been a better experience. Jesus was the manager on shift and he did a extremely poor job. The supervisor eventually resolved our issue, but I will not be back anytime soon.
It's a good store they have sometimes good deals. The only problem was I have experience defective shoes and have to take 2hr drive to exchange so make sure to inspect what you buy.
Lots of employees with great customer service. Wish there was more quantity in larger sizes. The sales are legit!
