They delivered my computer late, they were rude when i called and checked, and did not format it like I asked. No one wants your stupid Aaron's demo stuff on their computer after taking it home. I've been an Aaron's customer for a long time from Michigan to Portland and as far as customer service goes, you lose. I did not have this problem when I purchased a computer from them 5 years ago... at a different location.
