Great location - friendly staff. Have stayed here many times. Good value.

If you are shopping at the outlet mall, location is great and you can walk to several restaurants. There is a high percentage of permanent residents in this park and our space was surrounded by them . Quiet people, but narrow spaces have you on top of each other. No picnic tables provided, but if you eat outside, feels like you are intruding on the neighbors because coaches are so close. Parking is staggered and parallel, so cars park half on one space and half on another. Playground and horseshoes not maintained, couldn't get on WiFi entire 2 weeks we stayed, was told it is people streaming movies, nothing they could do. We did like the convenience store in the office and daily goodies that were homemade or fresh from the garden onsite. Friendly staff except for one grumpy person.

They do have Wi-Fi around the park but it is not best for streaming especially if there is large rig next to you because you need line if site.

If your thinking of keeping your vehicle attached to your rig, you will not be able to do it here, not because the park does not allow it it is because the spaces are too small. They do have spaces for your vehicle which is either in front of your rig or the back in horizontal parking spots.

I gave it stars because it only offered one centrally located bathroom

The park is a relatively small park that is directly behind the outlet center that is located 5 Highway I-5 South. There is a gate that you can access to the outlet mall but you will need the code that the park will give you.

The park is is dog friendly and it offers swimming pool in the front of the park and a kids bare in the North West portion of the park.

The park offers a laundry and showers but you have walk to the main building to use them.

Very clean and organized park. WiFi is not for streaming video and is spotty at best. Convenient location off the highway and shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times in our 40 foot motorhome. Very handy to I-5, easy walk to outlet mall, restaurants, & Starbucks. Friendly!!

A little expensive, but a nice place that is between Portland and the Williamate Valley.

The park. Spaces are very close with about 12 feet of grass space between rigs. The park is very clean and maintained even though they have long term residents.

The park does not offer black water dumping station.
